Hotel was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The staff was extremely nice and helpful. A special thanks to Natia who went out of her way to help me 🙂 Breakfast was good and the location is good for getting to IBSU and further out.

We had a family trip with our big dog, each of us used an own way to reach it. The staff was perfect, explaining every step by phone, even which metro-station need to go to come the hotel. The furnishings are rich and new, room is big with climate-control, spacious balcony. Also was a nice small pull 24/7, own cold parking, huge gym and chic restaurant right in front of the hotel, just after car-bridge. No extra-charge for dog, fast way to leave the city.

Everything was perfect, from the cleanliness to the staff. The administrators were very kind, they even added the breakfast option free of charge.
